SHIPPING POLICY


How long will it take to receive my order?

For standard flat rate shipping, the estimated number of days you will receive your order after placing it on the website is 2-5 days. This duration includes processing and in-transit time for your order.

For expedited shipping, the estimated number of days you will receive your order after placing it on the website is 1-3 days. This duration includes processing and in-transit time for your order.

What locations do you ship to?

Domestic: We offer Standard Shipping anywhere in the United States, Expedited Shipping within the US ONLY (we do not offer expedited shipping on Black Friday).

International: We offer shipping to Canada, UK, and most other countries.

What if there’s an issue with my package?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been confirmed via USPS and you have not received it, please file a claim with USPS. For this reason, we highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED within the checkout process. We will issue refund if tracking confirms that the package was lost during transit. Refunds will not be issued for items that are confirmed delivery via tracking. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to prepare your order for shipping. If you select expedited shipping, we will do our best to ship the order within 24 hours. Expedited shipping does not guarantee your desired date.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. All items are final sale. For this reason, please make sure you check the sizing chart and product description before purchasing. We also do not sale sets separately (you can’t buy just the top or just the bottom of a set unless otherwise specified.) If there is a problem with your order, please contact us for a resolution).

EXCHANGE POLICY

If your item does not fit, please contact us via email to let us know. We will gladly exchange your item(s) for a different size. You must ship your item(s) back within 5 business days after receipt of your item(s) to the PO Box listed on the label. It is very important that you include a note along with your items stating the proper size you would like to exchange for. Failure to include the note may delay the exchange process. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We will email you an invoice for shipping costs of the replacement item(s). Replacement items will not be shipped back out until payment of invoice has been remitted.

PROCESSING TIMES

Once your payment is authorized and verified, standard flat rate and expedited orders may experience delayed processing times for various reasons before they ship. Standard shipping processing time can be up to 3 days and up to 1 day for expedited shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).

In-Transit time begins when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time based off of the shipping method selected at checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
