How long will it take for me to receive my order after I place it?
We ship all orders within 24-48 hours. You should receive your order via USPS within 2-5 business days after it ships.

Do you have expedited shipping?
Yes, for a flat rate fee of $28, we will ship your order within 24 hours. You will receive your order next day or within 2 days.

Do your products follow COVID-19 guidelines before shipping to me? Are they sanitized?
Yes, we sanitize all products before shipping and follow COVID-19 shipping guidelines.

What are my shipping options?
Flat rate: $8 flat rate for any address within the US

Local pickup: Free local pickup option for residents willing to pickup there order in Huntsville, AL. In order to use this option, you must provide us a good form of contact at checkout.

Expedited shipping: $28 flat rate shipping charge for products that need to be shipped within 24 hours and received within 2 days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders $75+ will automatically receive free shipping (no coupon required). Discount will be applied at checkout.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email of your tracking number when your order is shipped out.


Returns

What if my product doesn’t fit? Can I return or exchange it?
No, due to COVID-19, we will not accept any returns. For this reason we strongly urge you to view our sizing chart or contacting us with additional sizing questions before purchasing.
